We were very satisfied with the staff at the Wolverhampton branch, your Tedford branch should take note and learn, The Telford's male staff member did not where a mask, did not social distance, lay sprawled across a bed when talking to us and at 6pm on the Monday, (the last back holiday) said to us as we were working out the door, "you won't get a better deal from the other 2 retailers on the park and I'll see you back here before eight tonight". Alas, he didn't see us back there, we drove from Telford to Wolverhampton and did a deal there. Angelo, the staff member and Slim the manager were second to none. Sadly due to your company polices and so called equal rights the person who wants to pay in full does not get any better deal than the person who has, a say, " 4 year interest free credit), will all know their is no such thing. So now you know why its not Highly satisfied and just very satisfied Dave

The issue was solely the result of an IT failure which lost my order. The store staff rallied round apologised and helped Pav complete the purchase, which had to be done again clerically, within a few hours l had been contacted and was able to return to the store (my choice) and pay my deposit to guarantee delivery on 20/8 rather than by phone. I have impaired hearing. I am aware that the problems created by lT support, is seldom seen as an opportunity to improve, it seems your staff are no different. This is a pity because l thought Pav and colleagues were first class
