The issue was solely the result of an IT failure which lost my order. The store staff rallied round apologised and helped Pav complete the purchase, which had to be done again clerically, within a few hours l had been contacted and was able to return to the store (my choice) and pay my deposit to guarantee delivery on 20/8 rather than by phone. I have impaired hearing. I am aware that the problems created by lT support, is seldom seen as an opportunity to improve, it seems your staff are no different. This is a pity because l thought Pav and colleagues were first class

I contacted the online chat assistants before shopping in store to ask if a certain mattress was available to view in my local store. They assured me it would be on display in all stores however when I arrived the colleagues in store told me that it was online only which was very dissapointing.
