The store staff rallied round apologised and helped Pav complete the purchase, which had to be done again clerically, within a few hours l had been contacted and was able to return to the store (my choice) and pay my deposit to guarantee delivery on 20/8 rather than by phone. I have impaired hearing. I am aware that the problems created by lT support, is seldom seen as an opportunity to improve, it seems your staff are no different. I contacted the online chat assistants before shopping in store to ask if a certain mattress was available to view in my local store. They assured me it would be on display in all stores however when I arrived the colleagues in store told me that it was online only which was very dissapointing.
