I contacted the online chat assistants before shopping in store to ask if a certain mattress was available to view in my local store. They assured me it would be on display in all stores however when I arrived the colleagues in store told me that it was online only which was very dissapointing.

Not able to claim the Vat as i was informed by other suppliers that for disabled individuals teh vat is discounted.

served by Victor very friendly and knowledgeable, items no in stock for us to take but for us this was not a problem, as still decorating but if someone else needed the items they were not held in stock.

THE TIME IT TAKES FOR THE DELIVERY IS TO LONG

I have not tried the product yet ,.i was highly satisfied but not all things give a high satisfaction.the staff i can highly be satisfied with.

Although we received a great deal and Angelo was friendly, I did feel pressured into buying a bed today and today only. I felt we were pestered as soon as we came in. Also we were told we wouldn’t be charged for certain items, to then leave the store and see we had been charged for these items. For example I told Angelo we already had pillows and he said you won’t be charged for it, looked on my receipt and we had been charged for it. My partner was happy with the service Angelo provided, he showed my partner the mattress and what would suit his needs.

The only point stopping me stating highly satisfied is the price. The sales team were great and the store clean, tidy and we'll laid out

I was disappointed that there is a charge for removal of the old mattress
