The customer service assistant was extremely helpful and friendly however before deciding to purchase we asked the average delivery time and was told around 2 weeks. When we sat down, it was 3 weeks at the earliest and only 1 date was available. Only a few dates were available the following week and it was four weeks before Mon - Fri available.

Don't understand why you can only purchase certain items online without being given that choice in the store

The level of customer service was good but nothing over what i would normally expect when purchasing an expensive item like this. The salespersons knowledge was excellent and they spent a lot of time with us and ensured we knew exactly what we needed to know whilst in store.

Although adam was highly knowledgeable he started high end and i would have preferwd low end ..

Just think it’s very expensive

There was a brief moment where we had to wait for assistance as there were only two members of staff on the shop floor. We were very happy with the service provided once we were seen to

The Experience was very good, and the staff were very helpful, the only thing i would say is that make the pricing clearer - we were after just a bed base and the pricing wasn't always clear whether it was for the frame or the mattress or both.
