Because of cost of disposing of our old bed, not indicated clearly on your website and separate add-ons, when you spend so much money, is insulting.

More than satisfied with service provided by Tina. For something to be HIGHLY SATISFIED I would expect it to be free and of exceptional quality.. Well please with the service.

The only thing I was not happy about is the fact you charge for weekend delivery. I did refuse to pay if. it was only €10 but I think this is absolutely shocking that people that work full time have to pay for delivery. I spent €2000 and then to be told this. I would of walked out with out a bed if this wasnt removed.

I found my visit to dreams very satisfactory, Mandy the assistant was very friendly and very helpful when I was choosing my bed, I would recommend the store to any of my friends who where thinking of buying a bed.

we were very satisfied with the service we received, Angelo was brilliant, he helped us find what we were looking for, left us to look around. He had a lot of knowledge on the products and was very helpful, polite and friendly. We would recommend friends and family to use this store as the service was brilliant and the store was clean. We have not put highly satisfied as we did spend a lot of money in the store, but that was down to what we wanted.

On delivery of our bed we were told assembly would not be going ahead. We ordered an otterman bed and were told that since we were moving home it would be better for us to leave the bed in its dismantled state. However on move day our removal firm told us we could have had our bed assembled and they would have moved it for us, only requiring some rope to hold the bed together. We have since assembled the bed ourselves and had the money refund for assembly. We are very disappointed Dreams thought fit not assemble our bed. We had not bought an otterman before and took the delivery persons word for it that it would best be left not assembled.
