Advised bed would be available w/c 2nd nov received message to select date and earliest date is January 2019. Not happy that it will be 2 months from order date that we will receive the bed

I have yet to try the goods put but I was disappointed that the bed frame I wanted to see (after viewing it online) wasn't available in store in that colour

We haven’t had our bed yet so I cannot be highly satisfied until it has been delivered and all is well.

You had only a limited range of soft or soft/medium mattresses instore for me to try. They were all pretty expensive.

Not sure really, wish I had put highly satisfied now!!

I placed an order for items in your Memphis range of bedroom furniture,after visiting two of your local stores to try to view the goods neither store had any on display,I was disappointed as I would have liked to have viewed the items before making my purchase. I was told that the nearest stores with this range of bedroom furniture were in the London area? so I have placed an order based purely on viewing the products in your brochure and on line, I am hoping that the quality of the goods are as good as they look in the brochure and on line.

Mattress we were after wouldn't be available for over a month. Apart from that very satisfied with customer services

You can only be highly satisfied if everything is 100%. Although I accepted the price I paid, it would of suited more for it to be lower.
