Slightly slow in service

We had researched the products online and we were a little disappointed that these sale items online were not available to see in store. The sales associate did show us an equivalent in store.

The only criticism would be that there was a lot of paperwork for purchasing 1 pillow.

I was satisfied and member of staff was great however I specifically came to view a product that was online only (but it didn't say that) however service recieved was great.

Was expecting a larger range of top brands such as silent night and others. First of all was directed to the most expensive mattress in the sore without being asked was our budget was.

We bought a Lucia bed last year and despite it being ordered well in advance to ensure it would be ready for our move to a new house, when the time came there were delivery issues which caused me a lot of stress, as we were being left without a bed. Despite the issues of last year we returned to Dreams because we wanted to buy the matching storage box. We came and ordered the storage box on the 6/11/17 hoping to have it delivered within a few days and get things tidy and organised before Christmas but we have been disappointed again as you cannot deliver until 14/12/17.

We had to compromise on bases as dreams do not manufacture the continental draw system.

Jason was friendly and approachable and offered great advise on my purchase, Amanda provided efficient and friendly order confirmation.

Service was good not outstanding
