Graet service but prices on the high side

Member of staff demonstrated very little knowledge of the products DREAMS stock/sell. I had to refer to my own mobile phone more than once during the visit to obtain answers to the questions I was asking.

Salesperson (Angelo) very knowledgable of products.

The assistant introduced herself as soon as I entered the store, however I would then have preferred to be left alone to look around and have time to test mattresses etc. I felt once I had engaged in the greeting with the assistant she then followed me around and was rather too focussed on getting a sale.

As this is the only local store in the area I am not able to compare to other competitors.

We received a good service, which I consider 9/10

Nothing is ever 100% so that means people have to keep performing harder to keep up standards

Staff are useful but when you walk in it's like seeing a family of meerkats stand up to look for danger! Give people space initially when they enter the shop, it can be off putting.
