The cost of my item was £499.00 the sales assistant never discussed finance she just assumed i would pay in full.

The store didn't have a wide range of ottoman beds for me to try out. From the beds I had researched online I could only compare between two. However the Manager who assisted us had fantastic product knowledge and I ended up getting a bed which he had brought for his daughter so he gave his professional and personal opinion.

Would have liked 0% interest to spread the cost . A few more options in my price range.

Delivery charges are excessive. Especially when you spend hundreds of pounds.

The service was very good at dreams Bentley bridge however it is how you would expect when spending that kind of money on a bed, I would not fault the service at all however nor do I feel anyone went the 'extra mile'

I had budgeted for the items which had all been reduced in your brochure as per the latest promotion. I came back a few days later to place the order and the cost of the items had increased and I had to spend £500 more and now can't afford to buy my children's beds.

Evangelos was fab at trying to find a product that would meet my needs (as have physical disability). He spoke to me as a person, and not just my partner. He was friendly and had a great deal of knowledge about the products. Other staff were standing around and not engaging customs. Where he approaches us, and saw how he could help and support myself.

I think satisfied is good enough.
