The customer service was excellent, they even got a mattress out of the back so that I could try, however I did find the price a little expensive compared to a bed and similar mattress at bensons for beds, but as the customer service was better decided to go with dreams

Staff were amazing. Very helpful and Sharon recognised me from browsing at the store the week proir. The only issue we had was a mark on the head board and a slight snag in the material of he foot end of the bed. Called customer services upon finding this and they were so helpful- arranged free delivery of replacement pieces at no extra cost. I feel quality control could have perhaps picked up on this prior to dispatch- but also understand sometimes things go under he radar. We now have a our new bed. Have to say he most outstanding part of service was from the 2 delivery guys who brought the replacement. They even put the bed back together for me which I thought was above and beyond what I expected. I have the name Nathan Smith but don't know his colleagues name unfortunately- they are both a credit to your company and thank them very much.

Was recommended by a family member as I have always gone to benson beds I was very happy with the friendly and lovely assistants I look forward to my arrivle of my king size bed and hoping it will help the sleep with my disability. Very excited

in buying a bed you cant do what you need to do on line . an yet on line the price is always available and visual. In buying from Dreams all the ` After Sales ` addons etc and price changing are some what overwellming. i had to do my own maths on affordability For Myself. And then after being at home, asking myself did i realy need the additional insurance , cover etc .. but overall i needed a bed an dreams where local , fast an convienient to my self to go shopping to other stores in and around the area would have been time consumming for myself.

Looked up product on your website. Travelled to store who then tell us they do not stock the item! Would have to travel to another store to view product selected. Some of us still need to actually see the item to confirm purchase. Was subsequently shown on the instore computer and decided to buy.

I bought a bed just over a year ago and it is broken which is disappointing after spending the money I did then. It questions the durability of the products.

I was unaware that the products could cost so much. Was slightly disappointed that I had to pay so much for the mattress we liked.
