The product has yet to arrive and so I can only base my feedback on my in-store experience, which was good, but until I receive my order and everything is as it should be I wouldn't commit to anything higher as it might be shown that the information and service I am currently satisfied with may be inaccurate or become less satisfactory in the second phase of the order.

Price was a lot higher than I had anticipated. But probably due to not having replaced existing mattress for some time.

I was very dis-satisfied with the questions asked whilst requiring H.P. for my purchase as I thought some questions were pretty personal, although it was not the fault of the assistant that served me.

Delivery charge not mentioned seems rather high. Would have thought it would be free if you spend a certain amount.

Price of mattresses very high, this is the reason I was not highly satisfied. Dreams worker Sanj was very helpful and informative.

This question is stupid. I was satisfied thanks, if I was 'highly' satisfied I would have been kicked out the store.

That is rather arrogant but I had no reason to complain..
