I went in to the store just before Christmas and priced up 3 bed with the help of a lovely man who worked there. The price was a little more than l wanted to pay. So l looked about and found better deals for some of the beds. I fell in love with one of the beds so decided to going in the store on boxing day to purchase the bed because it was in the sale. When l got there l noticed the bed had gone up by £50 but then you could have 20% off. I spoke to someone about the price and told them what happened. But was told l had it wrong. Sadly l didn't have the paperwork on me to prove it, so took the assistant word for it. I purchased the bed but when l got home, l found the paperwork. I was right, before the boxing day sale the bed was £350 but in the sale £400. So didn't save anything really.

We found the delivery time scales were too long between purchase and receiving our product. There was not an extensive variety and quite expensive if you didnt want a basic bed.

Whilst there was no issue with the bed itself, I felt a further £39.99 for delivery plus an extra £6 if delivered on a Saturday together with £49.99 for assembling the item was rather extreme.

Disappointed at having to pay a fee (circa £80 combined) for both delivery of the new and collection of old mattress.

We had to wait some considerable time to be served due to the busy time of the day, no ones specific fault just not enough staff availability, then the customers who came in after us were served first, when we were served the whole process was smooth and handled in a professional way making the experience pleasant. The store manger was great as was the assistant, Slim and Jason.

Didn't find the members of staff very welcoming wasn't given much advice about the products just re read the plaques next to the item.
