Although happy with the price of my item (£149) I did feel that the delivery charge and assembly charge ws a little excessive (£90) !

It took too long to go in and make a simple purchase. Member of staff serving had to check two things with a colleague when imputing on computer and printing was slow. Took longer than going in shop and buying rolled mattress should really take. Staff were apologetic for delay.

Prices not clear not happy with mattresses being sold separately. Not really much choice especially with headboard.

I was hoping we might get a free pillow thrown into our deal considering how much we spent in there. Bought a £1500 bead and a sofe bed. The system could not provide a delivery date(s) for our items. Still don't know when they will be delivered.

We purchased a second Mattress but was not expecting it to be only £30 less than the whole bed we purchased.

The length of time to process the 0% was excessive due to the checks required. It took 15 minutes plus.
