The customer service and product knowledge from Jag in Wolverhampton store was great. But generally I do think Dreams prices are more expensive

You have requested this survey before the product has been delivered how is it possible to have an overall opinion at this point in the experience. Yes I could have waited until the bed arrived but I do not know what you are going to ask do I?

We went to Dreams over all the other companies selling beds. Because you had a 50% discount offer on. Then when we picked our bed and Mattress we were told they were not in the promotion. Then the Tempeur Mattress we brought at a cost of over £2000 the promotion on that mattress had finished. So all in all I paid £2899 and got nothing of your 50% event. I was so close and still am in the thought cancel this order and go elsewhere. I have to say Hollie in your Wednesfield branch is a credit to your company very knowledgable and polite and gave us a lot of support the cost however is another matter.

Was not given any paperwork in store to confirm order, was told i would recieve all information on email! When i recieved the email it did not state cost i had paid nor confirm my delivery date. When i called the store i was told i should have been given paperwork with this information a d told to call in when i was next passing to collect! A journey and time i do not have by going ouf3of my way!!

I was satisfied but am not sure about the knowledge and willingness of the assistant to go through all available matrass options. There was an assumption about what we needed. I think there would easily been another suitable Matrass available but we weren’t made aware of it. Need to ask for all the info and options

The assistant who dealt with our order was pleasant but lacked typing skills and confidence in dealing with our interest free application which meant it took a lot longer than necessary with repeating myself with some of the inforation. Also we were told there was a 12 month guarantee on goods when asked if we wanted to buy an item year cover plan and not explained to with regards to a 5 year manufacturer's guarantee which has was misleading

One of your delivery drivers was very rude to me. I can't believe he came to my house and spoke to me the way he did. After delivering the two beds they were meant to take away the divian base. I was meant to wrap these up but when i was going to do this before hand the leaflet that came with the green wrapping sheet said only to use this for a mattress. So i didn't then wrap it. I tried to explain this to one of the delivery men to which he replied rudely and aggressively "i know what it says but you meant to wrap it because of coronovirus". I wasnt being awkward i was just trying to explain why i hadn't done it. The other delivery man who was polite and courteous explained that i can use the green wrap which i promptly did. On top of that the rude one was playing loud music on his phone throughout the delivery and installation of the bed. It was 8 in the morning and my kids in the next room were still in bed. These aren't great manners. Furthermore the bed this rude person installed was faulty, the right side has a piston which is not working properly. Further delivery guys came out and confirmed this and a replacement has been made to come on 15 September.

Paid for assembly parts missing at delivery finally arrived waiting for date for final assembly
