First i was unhappy with the price as i stated to the sales man. It stated £319 online for a silver kingsize wilson where as in store it was £399. Then there was cost after cost on stop which annoyed me. I also felt very rushed. I was also annoyed with the measurements being different online to instore. I measured the bar under the matrasse to the floor and it stated 40cm online but 30cm in store, and all the sales man could say was always go with what it states in store wher rupy can measure yourself! I'm sorry but what if i was a disabled lady relying to online measurements? I shouldn't have to check in store!!

Hi,I'm satisfied about the delivery charge £39.99 as I said can I pick up my product from local store they said not.too much money to pay for the delivery charge.this is ripp off.

Offered free delivery when I placed the order. The delivery men then chose not to honour this. They also refused to recycle my old bed, even after assurance from the man who sold me this item. I will now return to item, get a full refund and choose another company to purchase my goods from. A company who doesn't communicate and honour such an agreement is insulting

We were sold a tv ottoman bed that was on display and told we could have it in 2-3 weeks and the delivery data would be given to us the next day. The next day we were informed the bed we had bought was a brand new line and will have to wait at least 8 weeks for delivery. We were then told to speak to customer services as the store could do nothing to help. This bad should not have been sold when not currently available.

The cost of delivery is what makes the experience bad. £40 is not what I expect in this day and age. I understand the product is bulky and more cumbersome than a normal package but still think £40 is excessive. Since coming from the store I have looked at several retailers on line and many offer free delivery, particularly if the price point is anywhere near what we paid for a mattress. I also notice from the confirmation e-mail that this price doesn't include assembly so I'm glad we didn't order a base of any description as I assume this would be left in pieces for me to assemble myself !

The terms and conditions were quickly read out and were not fully explained causing us to misunderstand them. In particular we were not informed clearly that orders cannot be cancelled, more time was spent trying to get us to buy a mattress protector for the 40 day guarantee and no mention was made that if cancellation was made there was a 20% charge, which I find disgusting as we tried to cancel within a couple of hours of ordering.
