My local shop placed my order incorrectly. Incorrectly sorted out my finance and my bed didn't turn up on the agreed date. The local store manager at Bentley bridge Wolverhampton promised to call me the after the weekend to sort a delivery date out and guess what he has let me down again. I will be sharing my experience on all social media. Help me please dreams

Collection of the mattress was arranged for Saturday 2nd January, 2016. When I arrived to collect the stores were shut and I was told by staff in the store that the staff in the store had been given a day off because they had been so busy. I had received no notification that the store would be shut so I had a wasted journey.

We were very happy with our experience. The sales assistant was called Sanj and did an excellent job of answering all of our queries and finding suitable products for us.
