The manager was very accommodating with my requests, happy with my pillows. Everything was good! I didn’t need delivery because I was able to take my items away that day

Good customer service. Tara assisted us and considering it was only her second day working at Dreams, she was very informative and friendly. Evangelos who handled the paper work was very efficient, friendly and down to earth manner. There was no pushy sales manner that you would expect from most big stores, it was a relaxing experience.
