Good customer service. Tara assisted us and considering it was only her second day working at Dreams, she was very informative and friendly. Evangelos who handled the paper work was very efficient, friendly and down to earth manner. There was no pushy sales manner that you would expect from most big stores, it was a relaxing experience.

Friendly welcome as soon as we arrived. Explained where the hand sanitizer was and also the covid details in the store.Then explained how they could help us during our visit. Angelo was very polite and professional and very knowledgable which made the whole process a lot easier than we had first thought.

We already new which bed we wanted to buy before going into store. In store the colleague who helped us took the time to go over the bed with us again and helped us select a mattress to our specification. The process was efficient and very informative.
