The staff at Dreams were very professional and extremely helpful and considerate of ou needs. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We were greeted with a clearly signed hand sanitising unit and then Pav greeted us with her lovely smile. She explained health and safety for our visit and we felt very safe. The store was clean and bright and whilst we were seeing each mattress, although all precautions were in place we were still allowed to lie on the mattress. Pav then sanitised each mattress.

Angelo was very informative, friendly and helpful. We did not feel pressured and he really cared about our needs. He has excellent product knowledge and helped me to find the best bed for me. He made us feel safe during the current Covid conditions and he was very patient. I would highly recommend Angelo to any of my friends and family. I will definitely be visiting again.
