We had visited the Cannock dreams shop where we we were left standing waiting for someone to attend to us, we already knew what bed we wanted but had a few questions, we waited patiently while the person working there dealt with customers already in the store when we arrived, however after 15 minutes of waiting and nobody even acknowledged us for the next lot of customers to come into store and be served right away we decided to leave as the lack of customer service was shocking. We knew we wanted a bed from Dreams although we did consider going elsewhere after the lack of service we decided to give it one last chance at Wednesfield dreams where we got the service we wanted.

Was greeted on entry to store were hand gell was provided. The assistant was very polite and Introduced his self as Slim .not at all pushy showing us our various options and explaining the differences between various beds . Very knowledgable
