We were met at the doors straight away by a staff member who talked us through the Covid measures. He then spent time understanding my needs, trying out the machine where it helps you in choosing the right mattress. He then helped me to find the mattress and bed frame within my price range. It was explained in detail about all the different range of beds and mattresses. I was allowed to try them out, following guidelines, and will recommend to friends and family.

We actually visited the store the day before to purchase new pillows, the sales assistance, Angelo was highly knowledgeable about the range of pillows in store and helped us immensely in choosing 2 new pillows. Whilst in store we noticed a bed frame for sale, upon our return home we decided that we would return the next day and purchase the bed frame. Whilst in store on both visits, we felt very much as though our visit was important to the staff, we felt that all socially distancing measures were in place. Very friendly staff, will always use this branch from now on.
