I was met by a smiling Hollie when I entered the store. She listened carefully to my specific requirements, including understanding why I needed a bed frame rather than a divan! ( cats need to hide from each other underneath!) I was carefully taken through the procedures in assessing my needs ( including using the 'machine') and given all the time I needed to test suggested beds. Hollie explained the ethical company where the mattresses with natural fibres come from in Yorkshire. I needed a bed for a house I am moving into after Christmas and explained I would not be ordering that day. That was not a problem. The level of attention continued. I went home to consider my options, using the website to research bed frames that there was no room in the store to display. Returning a week or so later, I was pleased to see Hollie there. She came to me straight away and remembered me. I ordered TWO beds and mattresses on my return and was pleased that Hollie could help me with the total price, based on my multiple purchases. I recommend DREAMS in Bentley Bridge, Wednesfield for the levels of service and the the friendly personable staff. Excellent! Also a cuppa in a real cup, not plastic.

We were made to feel very welcome in our local Dreams store. We were not at all sure what mattress we were looking for and were very grateful for the help and advice given by Hollie, who provided us with lots of information about different products. We did not feel rushed or hurried in any way and found the whole experience very easy.

Bobby was very helpand took time to understand my needs and recommended the products that suited my needs

We went in to look before buying and some one come up to us straight away to help and after about an hour i found a bed and mattress i loved and brought.

Staff very friendly as soon as we chose what we wanted he informed us about the product and offered us a seat he was very hospitable and made my partner a cup of tea she was very grateful for this (she loves tea) we were made aware about further products but at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything we dident want or need the service was quick well informed and professtional we were extremely happy with service.

Found what I was looking for and ordered it. In and out in 20 minutes.

i was impressed by thee service and attention. Angelo never went off to deal with anyone else. He was very knowledgeable. I never felt uncomfortable, as I am a larger lady but it was great. He explained everything in detail. I did spend a little bit more than I planned but as I hadn't purchased a bed in more than 15 years it was probably worth it. Thanks Angelo. X
