As we entered the store, we were warmly greeted by Angelo. He advised us about the apparatus that was available to find the best matress, and then took a step back so that we did not feel pressured at all. He spent a good 30 minutes showing us around the most suitable mattress (as per Analysis) but never once tried the "hard sell" approach or make us feel obliged to make a purchase. We had intended to shop around but then we felt that there was no need and made a purchase
