myself and my wife went into the store as we needed a new mattress. Hand sanitiser was available straight away and signs to were masks. We were asked if we needed help from one of the sales staff. I don't normally like this but the sales man named Slim came across very well. He wasn't in your face at all. He explained that there was another customer using the machine they had that works out what mattress is best for us. He let us browse and then set us up on the machine. All the time he made sure every area and everything we touched was clean and safe. He helped find us a mattress that suits us and was very helpful.

The staff were very helpful in understanding my needs and the possible ways these needs could be met. They were honest with how my ideal would be unlikely in many places and gave helpful alternatives.

I found the store to be very well laid out and clean. I was approached by James within a reasonable time frame not jumped upon but not left to just try the find the things I wanted alone either. He was very patient with me and did as much as he could to meet my needs that was possible within the store. Before hand I had been to benson for beds but left after a little look around due to not being agnoledged and when I was finally spoken too the sales person she was not very helpful or knowledgeable. From start to finish I was highly satisfied with the service I received i was also given a bottle of water as it was an extremely hot day then whilst I was sat down to complete the sale I was also offered coffee to which I excepted. I will be shopping in this store again and recommending to friends and family. All the staff I came across being James, Angela and Slim are lovely, polite and obviously very good at what they do as u am hard to sell too lol

The customer service and understanding of which product we needed were first class. We were served in a courteous and efficient manner. Angelo had excellent product knowledge and was extremely helpful.
