All staff in Reading shop v helpful. Mattress delivered today by Leon n Dwayne who could not have been more polite, friendly n helpful. They even called 10mins before their arrival !

Ollie was friendly and helpful. Not pushy but very knowledgeable.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff called Sam he was very helpful and understanding of our needs, he offered us refreshments whilst choosing our bed and mattress, we were very happy with our visit to dreams and hope we will finally get a good night's sleep 💤

Georgia was a perfect sales assistant, she was helpful, without being pushy, gave us plenty of time to shop and fulfilled all our needs. A nice change in this day and age when service seems to have played second fiddle to fancy gadgets. As long as you keep staff like her you will continue to succeed.

The young man who served me could not have been more personable or knowledgeable even though I wasn’t proposing to spend a large amount of money as it was for a guest bed mattress, from display. He incorporated a deal for free pillows in what was already a competitive price, this is the sort of experience that will bring us back in the not too distant future when we propose spending considerably more money to replace our 25 year old Kingsize bed and mattress. (We are able to transport the mattress ourselves as we will be in possession of the hired van with which we will have moved our daughter to London after 2 years unexpectedly stranded with us in Reading thanks to Covid, the existing mattress was hers and she took it with her, hence my emergency visit ). Glad to see he was wearing a mask, as was I, I recently had a hospitality event spoiled by neither the staff or the other attendees being masked, for people of my mindset this is really important. We are picking the mattress up on Saturday 8th after the London move is complete. Thank you.
