The adviser was kind, courteous and understood that we were after a middle of the road bed. He did not do any hard selling but was empathetic and friendly.

We particularly enjoyed the SleepWatch feature where we lie on a machine and the optimal mattress is calculated. Afterwards, the fact that we both have lower back pains were taken into account to help pick firmer and firmer mattresses. You can find virtually ALL firmness in the store, which helps with our selection by a great amount.

I really enjoyed the mattress matcher machine. Although I didn't let it guide my decision, I felt vindicated in making my decision as the mattress I ultimately choose was recommended by the machine. Larry was excellent at taking me through all the options and what to consider when making my decision. I felt he let me take my time in considering a range of options and didn't feel as though he was pushing me towards anything - just guiding me along the process. In the end I was very satisfied with my purchases.

During our visit to store near west end.. James guided us through different products. He understood our needs and suggested very good options. He was very friendly and approachable.
