I was left to wander about to have a look around without being hassled by sales staff - this was good. When I asked for assistance, it came immediately and the sales assistant (Yasir) seemed well informed and not at all pushy (again a good thing). He was able to answer all my questions (ie seemed to know the products) and was pleasant throughout. The actual buying process was very quick (good) and straightforward with no pushy selling of add ons

The Colleague Bea was very professional and helped pick the right mattress. She was honest and described the pros and cons of the available choices. She guided me through the selection and the cover plan as well. So even though the price was much higher than my budget, I took it with a smiley face.

Amazing patience of the sales lady ( sorry I forgot her name). I could take forever to try and retry and retry different beds without feeling pressured to choose or feeling that I was annoying the sales lady. She just had the right balance of giving information, being there and giving me the freedom to try beds alone.

My husband and I were purchasing a mattress for the first time, so we had no prior knowledge or experience with mattress purchase. Dreams employee, Regina, was very helpful! She helped us take the test that helped us determine what type of mattress would fit us best. She then showed us the options that would fit us best. The whole process was very efficient and the store staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't feel any pressure from the staff to purchase on the day and we were given plenty of space to make a decision. Regina also suggested we try mattresses with a different type of pillow which was great. Going into the store we didn't think we'd come out with a mattress, but we ended up purchasing one right then and we got a recommended pillow too! We had a really good experience shopping for mattress for the first time and we would definitely return to the store in the future to purchase other bed related items.
