The experience was easy and enjoyable. Amjed guided us through the bed buying process with enthusiasm and knowledge.

On my visit to Dreams the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Taking a lot of time to provide assistance and answer questions. They made sure I was entirely clear on everything required for the overall purchase. Each member of staff was friendly and approachable.

Yasir helped us in store. He was informative and friendly. Provided a great customer experience. If we return we hope he is there to help.

Rajina immediately understood what I needed, she showed me loads of options, and didn't try to "sell" me anything. I felt No pressure at all, and I am so happy with my purchase.

Dinesh was highly attentive and super helpful when I was looking at the pillows and mattresses. He was able to give advice on different products. We placed the order 15 minutes before the shop closes and he was very patient and explained to us the charges on individual items. Very lovely experience overall.

The assistance we received was amazing. Nesti had great knowledge of products and he knew how to present to us all info we asked.

Regina was exceptional. Friendly from the point of us taking 5 steps into the store and provided brilliant service/advise throughout. Regina also went to the lengths of entertaining our 10-wk old son, with a little help from another colleague at the start. Regina understood our every need and was clear and concise with the products. We did not leave the store feeling cheated or rushed into decisions we were not happy with. Glad that there was a customer toilet we could use but this could have been cleaner.

I was highly satisfied and very happy again; because of your very nice Sales Representative - Mr Nesti managed to get for me my King Size TV Bed. Which is very few in the country they had in stock in your warehouse. So I was very satisfied again. And later in the week I will be making another purchase for some more Bed items in your shop.
