I have avoided shopping in Dreams for a number of years as my past experiences were not particularly great however after visiting today and receiving such as excellent service from Mimi I will definitely visit again. Mimi was friendly, helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the products sold at Dreams. I was recommended a very comfortable mattress which I pleased to say I bought. I mentioned to Mimi that the bed was for my grandmother who was quite poorly at the moment and was suggested the waterproof mattress cover (excellent idea) and the 8 year warrantee. Overall Mimi provided an excellent customer service. Thank you Mimi!

Outstanding customer service - James was excellent. He guided me through the whole process (using the digital scanner) and then took the time to talk me through all of the options, taking me to each model in store, and helping me evaluate which was best for me. He spent a lot of time and attention making sure I got exactly the right product. I was looking for a replacement mattress because I had such a terrible experience with John Lewis. I never expected such outstanding customer service from Dreams - I wish I had come here before I wasted so much money with John Lewis!!
