Mimi the staff who served us was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The other staff offered drinks to my husband, mother and myself. We were also offered free Sleep night pillows which is good since we had spent a huge amount of money at the store.

I was greeted very warmly, offered two excellent cups of latte from fresh beans to my complete delight, offered to try the pillows, tried the Sleep match which was very helpful and overall am highly satisfied with my purchase and experience. I think Rajina would succeed in even higher positions of responsibility. She is a big asset to your business as she earns the customer's trust, a rare and coveted skill.

I was personally assisted by Mimi and she was very helpful. I explained that I had previously had orthopaedic mattresses but I was unsure whether they would be suitable for my next purchase. She recommended I take part in the Sleep sensor, which identified I would be more suited to a medium/firm mattress. She was then very helpful in showing the range of different products available and was very knowledgeable.
