James, who served us was both helpful and knowledgeable about explaining the different options with the Tempur product range. The store manager was also knowledgeable in demonstrating the Sleepmotion adjustable bed base.

I came back to this shop after 10 years of a previous mattress which I bought there and found wonderful. The same product was no longer being made, but I was shown other models to try and quickly found one that felt very much the same. It was easy to complete the purchase and arrange for delivery in the very near future, and for my old mattress to be taken away. Everything was explained to me very carefully and thoroughly by the pleasant salesperson.

I went in to the store on Tottenham Court Road and I knew what I wanted. The member of staff that assisted me (Rajina), I cannot praise highly enough. Her level of customer service was nothing short of excellent, the whole process couldn’t have been made any easier. She was very knowledgeable and dealt with the purchase of the bed, removal of existing bed and specific delivery date that I wanted whilst explaining the prices to me at every step. Highly recommended and I would certainly return if further beds were required

Our customer assistant Dinesh at the Tottenham Court road shop was very friendly. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the shop and offered us a drink. He showed us around the shop and was very calm and not too pushy, enabling us to look at the beds and make decisions in our own time. He showed us the mattress testing machine and went through the programme with us, which was really helpful in guiding us on what mattress to choose. Couldn't have done this without shopping in store.

The Sleepmatch technology in the store which traces the contours of your body was a great start and the assistant was very attentive, patient and helpful.

The member of staff who served me was efficient, knowledgable and helpful. I am happy with what I bought and my experience in the shop.

A gentleman named Nesti assisted me with buying the perfect mattress for me. He not only helped me identify what mattress suited me the most, he showed me cheaper alternatives with similar features. I also lost my phone on one of the mattresses and one of the other female staff that day had notified the store of it and I was able to retrieve my phone. This shows the honesty and integrity of the staff both in sales and general mannerisms and I very much enjoyed the experience. As a result of my experience with Nesti and the other Dreams staff, I will certainly be coming back for future purchases.

I am very happy because I found what I was looking for in a fully supportive assistance and thoroughly professional way. I realised a dream!
