James was extremely knowledgable, patient and friendly. I doubt I would've bought a mattress without his assistance that day. He was able to assist us with finding the perfect mattress without being too pushy and made sure he always listened to our needs. The store is well laid out and despite so many people trying the mattresses, it always felt hygienic. A much better experience to the one I had at John Lewis the day before. Would recommend to my friends and definitely go back if needed.

Nesti was extremely friendly, approachable and professional. He took the time to help us decide what mattress would be best for us (with the help of the sleep machine!). He knew the products inside out and was very informative. He helped us choose but wasn't pushy. Really excellent customer service. When returning to purchase the mattress & bed frame Dinesh was again extremely friendly, approachable and professional, helping us make sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had about the delivery.
