The colleague is very patient, has knowledge about different products. She also went to great lengths to think for my demand.

We had the testing machine to define what kind of support was recommended for us. It was really quick and the mattresses recommended were not the most expensive. We eventually bought the first recommendation of the machine after trying out all the mattresses. In addition, we were attended to NESTI, and were extremely satisfied by his advice and the information he provided to help us choose the mattress and his overall kindness.

The mattress was immediately available and arrived on time. The salesperson, Mimi, was very helpful and gave us adequate time to make a decision even though it was the end of their day. She was a very caring and responsible salesperson. The beds in the store did not seem like someone with pets had slept in them so we did not get allergies trying them out.

The sales assist Bea was very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about which were beds and mattresses. There was a good choice of mattresses on show to try and test which I did with great gusto! The bed I wanted was not on display which was a metal frame bed - but I knew that before entering the store as I had been on your website. However, you had other metal bed frames on display for me to get a good idea of what it would like which I did order. I was allowed plenty of time to test the mattress and was also offered a cup of coffee whilst I made up my mind. Ordering the products with Bea was very straight forward and easily processed even down to the delivery date of my choice and flexible if for any reason the date needs to be changed on my behalf. I am a very happy customer with an extra 20% off on the day I purchased my goods. Can’t wait until the delivery date until I can sleep in my new bed!

We found Rajina to be very knowledgable and informative about the product range. She was friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable with the advice she provided to satisfy our requirements. We weren't expecting to make a purchase on this visit but found ourselves in a position to do so with Rajina's guidance and at no point was she pushy in her approach which also put us at ease.

Mimi was great, really helpful and knowledgeable. I was interested in 2 beds and she answered everything I need to know about both.

The assistance was very good. The agent that assisted me was very friendly and helpful, explained me in detailed everything I needed to know about the product I was interested in. However, he was never pushy, nor I felt like I had to buy it. I bought it because I really felt it was the best option. Good job!

Dinesh was extremely helpful explained everything about the products, showed us around the shop and has been particularly sweet and patient during the whole buying process as we ve been there a couple of times before.
