We had the opportunity to use the machine to find out which type of mattress would suit us. Once this was established I was impressed with the assistants knowledge and general manner , as he demonstrated different types of mattress.

Rajina was amazing listening to our problem and provided appropriate information for us to make our decision easier. she's well informed about the product and her patience, politeness, amazing communication skills and made our visit enjoyable.

It was my first time that I had ever visted a Dream Store as I was looking to purchase a good quality King size mattress, duck down King size duvet, and King size mattress protector. I was assisted by James who was highly skilled and knew what he was talking about. He was very knowledgable in knowing about the different types of mattresses on offer, and I was able to choose one that was suitable for my needs. He also advised me about which King size duvet to purchase and side pillows which I never ever knew existed. He was also very patience and I tested the bed which massages your back and advises you on which mattresses to consider purchasing. My trip to Dreams was very memorable and enjoyable that I ended spending £725.00 in the store. I will definetly be returning to Dreams in the future for my mattress, duvet, pillows and mattress protector. Thank you Hilda T.

James is a very competent salesman and he put a personal touch to the sales, which we believe contributed in sealing the deal. We were so impressed by his service that the second time we went to the store to buy the mattress, we requested to talk to him.
