Rajina was very friendly and attentive, taking us through the different options suitable for me and my partner based on our assessment. She had a strong knowledge of the different products available and was able to answer any questions we had. She gave us coffee and water which was very kind and did a great job explaining how we spend around 8 hours a day in bed and that we only buy a new mattress once every 10 years or so, which I think helped us justify spending more than we anticipated.

We walked in and I immediately asked for help which was readily forthcoming. My husband is disabled and the staff could not have been more helpful; allowed for the extra time it takes for him to participate and also showed him where the facilities were.

Mimi at the tottenham court road shop was great. She gave me a drink, explained the different mattresses and recommended different pillows for a restful sleep.

My first visit was Monday 6th May I was greeted straight away by James and was ask to take a bed test. I was then shown the various beds that might suit. I found this very helpful but. The next visit was Wednesday 8th May which Rajina acknowledge me straight away. She was helpful and professional. She seem to have a clear knowledge of your products and help me make the correct choice for myself. I was offered coffee while she had to do credit checks and the formal work details. In between getting the job done Rajina managed to keep me engaged and even making me laugh. Buying an expensive bed from your Tottenham Court Road store was a pleasure. I don’t often say that when spending so much money.
