The sales man whom I can not remember at the moment was higly skill in peomoting dreams. He is well experienced being a sales manager over 30 years myself, I love exccelent customer servises which the gentle man provided from welcoming to coffee service. He also helped me make the best payment. Overall services he gave are no more this days on the highstreet, which is very undoetunate for the nest generation!

Well assisted by sales in the store and provided me information on various products that helped me make the final decision within the day.

Firstly excellent service from the advisor, Rajina, who skilfully and expertly informed us about the latest products and services (both bed and mattresses) without trying to force a sale. She advised us to use the Sleepmatch service in-store to identify our optimal mattress which she followed up with a breakdown overview of each selected match. Excellent experience all round.

We were assisted in a really helpful, unpushy way, getting the information we needed and the time to talk through options and understand some of the detail that would shape our choices. I was really impressed with the service. It was much better than other bed shops we went to.

Nesti had a great knowledge of the range and understood exactly what we wanted. He was extremely polite and was available while still giving us the time we needed. Best in store experience so far!

The assistant who served me made my visit as productive and efficient as possible. Rajina listened to my needs and made sensible suggestions accordingly. I have now received the mattresses and was incredibly happy with delivery and am enjoying my purchases.

It only took me 10 minutes to purchase a mattress. I just told my requirements (no springs, no fancy foam technology, budget of about 500£), tried 2 mattresses and bought the one that was exactly as expected. Very efficient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful without becoming intrusive. I explained what I was looking for, what my needs were and my sleep posture was analysed my a weighing machine. I was given time to try the mattresses repeatedly and to discuss the options for payment. It was a nice and smooth experience
