Nesti was fantastic helping us with the purchase of our first bed for our new home. He offered the perfect amount of advice and support without being smothering or annoying. He seemed very knowledgable and passionate about the products which helped us make our decision much quicker than we anticipated. He was also honest with us without just trying to sell us the most expensive bed. We visited the shop on the day before and Bea was extremely helpful in assisting us to select the mattresses and beds. The next day, we went back to the shop to look for Bea to place the order with her rather than another shop

The staff member I dealt with was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain the Dream Works tool and put me at ease, so much so that I felt totally comfortable ling on a bed in the middle of a shop with people looking around and feeling totally relaxed. We then talked through the results and tested out a whole range. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the various mattresses which was really helpful in making my decision.

I was greeted by your colleague Chris as soon as I walked through the door. He listened to the particular bed frame I was searching for and guided me to the respective area in store. He was able to appraise the frames you had on sale and critically appraise each of them. I subsequently mentioned in passing that I was potentially looking for a new 'firm' mattress, as I was beginning to suffer with back ache in the lumbar region of my spine. I was keen to remain loyal to the Sealy brand, but Chris was informed me that Silentnight mattresses were made by the same manufacturer in the UK and just as good. With some further thought I was able to find a great mattress with a great discount. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The service was friendly but not overbearing. The staff member was knowledgeable and helpful, offering useful advice but also allowing me time to browse and test the different products. It was really easy to select a list of possibilities because of the opening evaluation and then to choose the bed I wanted.
