The salesman was hugely experienced and it told. Simply he could not have been more helpful. He was not at all pushy and left us to peruse the sofa bed we were interested in without any pressure. He was quick to point out a special discount we could have without us even needing to ask. When it came to the paperwork he ensured every detail was checked thoroughly without it seeming a laborious process. He was thoroughly cheerful and offered the best assistance I have had from a salesman for many years.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We came out with two mattresses and memory foam pillows and a reasonable price. They spent time with us explaining the products after doing the bed test and allowing us to try many different products. We came into the store twice that day and had lots of questions which were answered! Overall, great experience.

I thought the sales assistant James was fantastic, he was friendly knowledgable and had a good sense of humour. Customer service is top class and that really surprised me. The style of the shop does not scream up market but the style of customer service does. The products are good enough quality but the shop decor should be in line with this.

The overall experience was very fulfilling and positive. James, who looked after us at the Tottenham Court Road branch was very patient with my wife and me and he was also well informed of the products in the store which helped us make a decision much easier. Oh and really loved the diagnostic bed of knowledge!!

Friendly accurate and efficient employment

On arrival the assistant was friendly and upbeat. I knew what I wanted to buy, but she encouraged me to do one last test by laying on the choices available. She gave me a tempur pillow to make sure I got the best experience. She also explained that if I changed my mind after purchase, and I didn’t like the sleep style I could return the bed. The speed of the order being delivered is fantastic. John Lewis takes 3 weeks. Furniture Village is 7 weeks. Also the fact that you can remove and recycle my old tempur mattress is amazing too. I very happy. And so looking forward to my sleep next week.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered a drink. After I mentioned by current back issues and my partners lack of issues they immediately suggested using your perfect mattress matching system which was extremely helpful. Regina then took us round to a variety of options but always kept our budget and needs as a priority. It was extremely easy to place our order and we loved the experience in store.

The stuff were great to begin with from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. the machine that checks what kind of mattress you need was exceptionally amazing, I mean I had never seen any thing like. That was why if I ever buy a matters dreams is gonna be my choice. I have a back pain so does m y wife and to find the perfect one for you back is just unexplainable.
