I had two sales assistants, one who had just started who was very friendly and helpful and another more experienced supporting in the knowledge and questions. Incredibly knowledgable and helpful as well as friendly, it was a great experience

1) With trial experience to find our suitable mattress; 2) Harry has good patience to explain the suitability of the mattress and answer our queries; 3) Understood our needs and tried to match our expectations.
