As soon as I walked in the store, someone offered me assistance and I tried out the Sleepmatch system. This is the first time I have purchased a bed and mattress so I was glad that I didn't have to walk around looking for someone to talk to. The staff I dealt with were both helpful and friendly and I felt at ease very quickly. Ultimately, I returned for a second visit where I ended up purchasing 2 new beds and mattresses.

There was a good range of products which were relevant to my needs. Mattresses which suited my sleeping habits as well as divans which allowed for a lot of storage. Bea assisted me in the Tottenham Court Road store and she was knowledgeable about the products.
