The shop assistant was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. She instantly understood what my fiancée and I required. The contraption we lay on to see what bed we needed also confirmed the shop assistant's initial verdict. Ultimately, we had great fun choosing a bed, did it pretty quickly and got a high quality product for a fair price.

Overall experience was great, staff was very helpful, paid a very fair price.

We received great customer service from Mimi at the TCR branch. Product knowledge and friendly, but not pushy, advice was given, making it easy for us to consider our options and eventually make the purchase.

To start with we got a very warm welcome in the store by a very experienced staff. (Dinesh). He offered us a warm cup of coffee which was very welcomed and much needed as we travelled all the way from E7. Dinesh knew what he was selling and he had the patience to take the time to explain each item to me. He was in no rush and listened and answered all my questions. Explained how the goods were to be used and care to be taken. He always had a smile on his face for which I think is the best selling point when it comes to customers. A big choice to pick from which was excellent. Prices on the item displayed which helped a lot. Overall very satisfied and yes recommend my friends to pay a visit. intend to furnish my home with a few more things from DREAMS. if you have an employer of the month this should go to Dinesh without a doubt. James, the sales assistant, was informative, helpful and friendly. He explained everything in a straight forward open manner that made the decision process very simple. He was not pushy which is so refreshing. He genuinely made us feel that he wanted us to take our time and make sure we were happy with our purchase.
