Member of staff (who's name I sadly cannot recall) was very friendly and helpful, I was given plenty of time to try different options.

Instead of prevaracation we ordered a matress.

The sales person was a wonderful guy who explained all the details and despite the fact I taught delivery is in 4 weeks, i got a call this morning which mentioned in 10 days which was very pleased and surprised.

Dinesh was very helpful and friendly as soon as I entered the store. He knew a lot of information on all of the products and was very understanding of what I was looking for. I was the last one in the store and Dinesh didn't want me to make a rushed decision so gave me the time I needed. The store and items were in great condition, and the order process was very straightforward and quick!

The stuff who assisted me Bea, was very nice and helpful and very patient. However, there were only three wooden frames to choose from at the store which were not ideal, and also the one I could pick can only be delivered in more than one month, which is a long waiting time, but the stuff was very helpful.

From the moment i walked in, i was greeted by the store's staff. They were friendly and made sure to understand what i was looking for. I was being assisted by 'Bea', who was extremely informative and asked me about my needs, explained the differences between the types of mattress available/different material etc and then managed to give me enough space to try out the mattresses and make a decision. I was also helped when i carried my mattress (which was vacuumed and wrapped) upstairs and into the Uber.

Dinesh and Chris were helpful, friendly and efficient. We were offered help but weren't chased around the store, our questions were answered well and everything was explained clearly.

As soon as I entered the store an assistant asked if I needed any help. I had in mind which mattress I was looking for and she immediately showed me which ones were on show and in my price range. All in all, very helpful assistant and a lovely shop. I have been to this store before when I bought my divan bed which I am very pleased with.

Mimi, the person that assisted us, was great both times we visited. She was helpful at the right times when we were trying to decide which mattress to go for and offered the right level of assistance.

The service from Rejina(?) at the TCR store was fantastic. She understood what we wanted, took us to our intended item, which we found to be unsuitable. She then recommended us 3 other items one of which we chose
