The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and clear. No fluff or unclear selling tactics. I was just unsure if to spend more than I was planning to and he gave me a push that I needed. And now I'm very happy with my new mattress.

I was able to try out multiple mattresses to find the best fit for me. My consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable and was good at recommending the types of mattress that would probably work best for me after I explained what I needed.

Rajina, the Shop Assistant, was just lovely. Very friendly and approachable as well as knowledgable; she offered me a drink and recognised me from my previous visit to this store. She was also very efficient during the purchase process, I was very happy with her assistance.

When I walked in the staff saw me and left me alone to peruse, which was good as I knew exactly what I was looking for. Then a guy called Steve asked me if I needed any help and that's when we had contact.

Ragina listened carefully to our needs and took the time explaining the different bed/mattress/pillow options with us, answering all our questions. She spent at least an hour with us. We didn't feel pressured into anything but left the shop feeling very satisfied and excited about our new purchase!

Because I bought what I needed for good quality. The price was Ok, but I was very satisfied with the financial credited without interest fees. That is brilliant.

The sales assistant who advised me was fantastic, she is a great sales woman, I knew she was pushing me to get the best sale for you as a business, but I wasn’t afraid to say no. She was friendly and professional, a pleasure to be assisted by her. She did upsell with two pillows but I’m happy I purchased them.

Helpful member of staff but no pressure to buy. When I did purchase a mattress, the business side was smooth and efficient. It is useful that the firm can take away the old mattress when delivering the new one.

Very helpful and courteous staff, very efficient service, nothing too much trouble. A pleasure to shop here.
