Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

I was welcomed and offered a drink (which was really needed as it was cold outside) as soon as I came into the store by Dinesy and when I told him what I was looking for, he showed me around and explained to me the different sizes, models and values of the products so it was clear to understand. He gave me some good advice about caring for the items and there was a range of choices.

Brilliant customer service, excellent knowledge of the product. James was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to help us purchase our matress, even finishing the transaction after the store had closed. After we left he still had a few customers to serve but we did not feel the order process was rushed. In total we visited 3 dreams stores and all staff were helpful, supportive even when we were indecisive

Friendly helpful staff answered all of my questions and recommended beds based on my requirements. They stayed with me for the whole visit making sure I was satisfied with everything.

Because of the attentiveness and knowledge of the products, the patience and understanding to our uncertainties and all this was done with absolute professionalism and honesty ( even telling us that she had also purchased the same ottoman )

Dinesh our sales advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and is an asset to the Dreams business - his gentle approach coupled with genuine support for the Dreams products is very reassuring and I would return to Dreams compared to any of its peers following this visit.

Team got the balance right between being helpful and assisting without being pushy.

The man who assisted us what quite helpful, and the bed we purchased seemed to be quite nice.

When we entered the store we were looked after by Dimesh, who certainly knew what he was talking about. He showed us various options of matresses until we found the right fit for us, same with our bed frame. I would like to personally thank him for taking such good care of us.
