Great customer service. I had no idea of what were the important criteria for a bed and James from the shop took the time to explain to me everything. Also he and the other colleagues were very nice, friendly and professionnal. Perfect service!

I found a mattress quickly by a process of elimination. It depended on how soft or how hard the mattress was. Staff very friendly.

The Dreams Colleague, James, was extremely helpful. He took into consideration both my husband's and my sleeping habits and requirements in order to find the best mattress to suit both of us. He was very patient and even supplied the perfect pillows for us to test out the mattresses with. very thorough which meant we got the perfect mattress.

The Tottenham Court Road store was very welcoming & friendly. The staff on duty were a cohesive team, they had a good rapport with each other and the customers, creating a relaxed environment. I was served by Rajina, who had a wonderful personality, she was brilliant and made the whole experience of buying a mattresses efficient and pain free!

After selecting two mattresses online we went along to a store to try them out. We soon found that neither of them were right for us. The store staff were very helpful. Within 40 mins we had chosen a mattress to order.
