I had a really smooth experience. I can’t remember the name of the bed specialist that helped me. I think it was James at the Warren Street shop made me feel really comfortable and he was very knowledgeable and helpful

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they did not make me feel pressured to buy something

Eager to assist sales people. Helpful but not overly sales pitching. I knew what I wanted and was helped in a professional, efficient way. Only thing I was surprised about was £24 for delivery wasn't mentioned but I had requested an am delivery. When I saw this, the reason was explained and I opted for anytime of day instead.
