We were highly satisfied with the support given by our sales assistant who knew his stuff. Can't wait for the delivery to try out our first night in our new bed and mattress

Eager to assist sales people. Helpful but not overly sales pitching. I knew what I wanted and was helped in a professional, efficient way. Only thing I was surprised about was £24 for delivery wasn't mentioned but I had requested an am delivery. When I saw this, the reason was explained and I opted for anytime of day instead.
