Customer service was great, showing the different products, listening to our needs as a customer. Plus offering tea and coffee! Very nice on a cold December day!

After selecting two mattresses online we went along to a store to try them out. We soon found that neither of them were right for us. The store staff were very helpful. Within 40 mins we had chosen a mattress to order.

Dinesh was very helpful and friendly while not coming across as pushy. It didn't take long to find the right bed and mattress.

The staff were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful without being pushy about a sale. In all it was an enjoyable shopping experience

Both staff members we dealt with were very friendly efficient and knowledgable. The store had the products we wanted to view and through one of the staffs advice we actually purchased a different product to that we originally intended to purchase.

Dreams was the last shop we visited on a busy day of sales shopping. The lady who assisted us was extremely helpful. She put us at ease and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision without putting us under any pressure which is a very impressive skill. This was the best customer service that we have experienced for a long time. Particularly impressive given the January sales are the busiest time of the year and you would expect customer service to slip during this time. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!
