I must say that all the employees greeted us kindly and with smile. This is the shop in London, Tottenham court road. We were first taken care of by the temp work who was really kind and willing to help later we were taken over by Mrs Rajina who is a master of knowledge and friendliness. She knew absolutely everything we asked. Immense knowledge and straight to the point answers, exactly what we needed. We came out of the shop with a smile on our faces and happy with this good purchase. Thank you all

Dreams was the last shop we visited on a busy day of sales shopping. The lady who assisted us was extremely helpful. She put us at ease and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision without putting us under any pressure which is a very impressive skill. This was the best customer service that we have experienced for a long time. Particularly impressive given the January sales are the busiest time of the year and you would expect customer service to slip during this time. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!
