We were helped quickly and in a very friendly way. We already knew what we were looking for so we didn't need extensive consultation. The person helping us understood this and adapted his service accordingly. We were out of the store with a new mattress and a warm cup of coffee in no time!

Dinesh asked all the right questions to find me the mattress I needed, suggested something slightly left field, and then left me alone to try it and consider it. He was not pushy.
