James was very thorough and informative while showing me the products. He put me at ease (hard when you're bouncing on beds in front of strangers) and there was good choice.

The lady was extremely polite and knew the product very well. Well enough to suggest various options and giving benefits of each option.

My husband and I were looking for a mattress and a bed frame. Once in the shop we were immediately welcomed by James who gave us all the assistance we needed. He listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the different type of mattress and frames. He gave us plenty of time to try on mattresses, he helped us with measurements and in general talked us through the relevant options they had in store. We were really pleased with the purchase. Also the availability for delivery was impressive, only few days after the purchase. Overall we were highly satisfied about the overall experience.

The lady who assisted us was lovely and quick in processing the order and arranging delivery with all relevant information. She wasn't overly pushy in trying to divert us to purchase something different and didn't try and force anything on us other than strongly suggesting the mattress cover, hopefully we don't appear to require a waterproof mattress cover at 37 years old!
