The person who attended to us, Neville, was very friendly and helpful. His knowledge of the range of products was extensive. He was patient and did not push us to make any decisions and gave us ample time to decide. He explained to us the terms and conditions in detail. Overall a very good experience.

Very knowledgeable staff, lots of choice and caters for a wide range of price ranges. Bed will be arriving this weekend and appears very good quality instore.

It was mainly down to the coullege that served us Ragina. She approached us with a very warm welcome and had the knowledge to answer all of our questions. Ragina worked around our needs. She genuinely cared about our situation and took the time to listen and help us in the best possible way from explaining the guarantee to how flexible the delivery was. Best customer service I have experience in a very long time from Ragina.

The Dream's colleague, Mimi, gave me a coffee and asked me what I was looking for and also allowed me to try out the mattresses in my own time. Mimi advised me that it was all about what I found was the most comfortable as I'd be spending so much time on the mattress. Mimi checked in on me to see how I was getting on and offered guidance in my decision.

I was served by Nesti in the Tottenham Court Road brand of Dreams who explained the different range and types of mattresses to me and went over what would be best for my needs in great detail. Nesti was also able to assure me of the delivery service I would receive from Dreams which put me at ease having received really bad delivery options from another provider. Nesti also explained and went over the warranty service with me which further made me sure Dreams was the best place for me to purchase a mattress.

Staff (Mimi) approached me straight away when I entered the store. She was very polite and patient. She had a constant smile on her face which made the whole experience more relaxing. She was very knowledgable and talked me through the different mattress available and recommeded which will suit my needs. Happy with my purchase.
